How do I schedule a pickup?
Start your return with the retailer and receive your approved return label, QR code, or barcode. Then schedule your LUXT Returns pickup online and choose an available pickup time
What areas do you serve?
We currently provide doorstep return pickup services in Stafford, Fredericksburg, and Woodbridge, Virginia. Service availability may vary by location and pickup schedule.
What do I need to return?
Your return must already be approved by the retailer before pickup. Have your return label, QR code, or barcode ready. If needed, label printing, tape, and boxes are available for an additional fee.
How long does the process take?
Pickup times depend on availability and your selected service area. When scheduling, you’ll choose from the available pickup times for your location. Once collected, we’ll deliver your return to the designated return location as scheduled.
Does LUXT Returns guarantee my refund?
No. Refunds are determined and issued solely by the retailer. LUXT Returns provides pickup and drop-off services for approved returns and does not determine, process, or guarantee retailer refunds.
