MEMBERSHIP POLICY
LUXT RETURNS • MEMBERSHIP POLICY
LUXT Returns offers recurring monthly membership plans that provide a set number of return pickups during each billing cycle. Membership benefits and pricing are based on the plan selected by the customer.
The $14.99 monthly membership includes 2 pickups per billing cycle. The $27.99 monthly membership includes 4 pickups per billing cycle. One completed or qualifying missed pickup uses one membership pickup credit.

Each membership pickup may include up to 5 eligible returns. Multiple eligible returns collected during the same scheduled pickup count as one pickup credit, not separate pickup credits.
Memberships automatically renew each month on the applicable billing date unless canceled before the next renewal. The applicable membership fee will be charged for each new billing cycle.

5. Unused Pickups & No Rollover
Unused membership pickups expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Unused pickup credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
6. Additional Pickups & Add-On Services
Once all membership pickup credits for the current billing cycle have been used, additional pickups may be purchased at the applicable pay-as-you-go rate. Optional services such as label printing, tape, boxes, or other packaging assistance may carry additional charges and are not included in the membership unless specifically stated.
7. Membership Cancellation
Customers may cancel their membership at any time to prevent future renewal charges. Cancellation does not automatically provide a refund for membership fees already paid for the current billing cycle. Membership benefits may remain available through the end of the current billing cycle, subject to the applicable plan terms.
8. Missed Pickups
If a LUXT driver arrives for a scheduled pickup and the return is unavailable, inaccessible, not properly prepared, or does not have the required retailer return authorization, the pickup may be considered used and one membership pickup credit may be deducted.
9. Changes to Membership Plans
LUXT Returns may modify membership pricing, pickup allowances, benefits, or other plan terms from time to time. Customers will be informed of material changes as required before those changes apply to a future billing cycle.
